server down or something?

hi

im having one prob but idk if this prob is from the server or maybe i have one prob with my pc or internet connection or hamachi idk

the problem is when I'm trying to get into my char, it starts to load but it never stops

i have one prob or the admin is having some probs?
i wanna know plz xD
cuz if this prob is mine maybe i have to fix something or idk
